I counsel a broad spectrum of businesses on matters that emerge across the complete lifecycle of inception to succession. I work diligently on business entity formation and capitalization; incentive plans, executive compensation and employment agreements; customized domestic and international contracts; intellectual property protection; growth plans and commercial synergies; banking and finance; regulatory affairs and compliance; mergers and acquisitions; restructurings, reorganizations and consolidations; business succession planning and exit strategies; and ownership disputes. My constant objective is to be a strong and reliable partner to all of my clients, providing constructive advice while anticipating and responding to hosts of opportunities and challenges along the way.

I am also a devoted family man, lucky husband, and grateful father of four beautiful children (plus a dog!). I grew up in the 19th Ward of the City of Rochester and attended McQuaid Jesuit High School and the University of Rochester. I have a strong sense of obligation to give back to the community of my childhood and have proudly supported the Boys & Girls Clubs of Rochester for the past 10 years.
